This limited edition of ten watches in rose gold draws inspiration from a triple-complication hunter pocket watch endowed with a minute repeater, jumping seconds and a second time zone. When unveiled, at the 1867 Paris Exposition, it was the most complicated timepiece ever produced by the Manufacture. The engraver began work by carving the words “Patek Philippe Genève” into the dial plate, using a typography inspired by the stylized letters engraved on the back of the historic pocket watch that served as his model.
