This limited edition of ten watches in rose gold presents a mariachi musician, an essential feature of the Día de Muertos or Day of the Dead, who lends his frenetic rhythm to this typically Mexican Celebration in the memory of ancestors. The dial was first hand-guilloched with a circular and geometric decoration, destined to remain visible through coats of translucent enamel, according to the technique of flinqué enameling. The enameller next traced all the contours of the skeleton’s skull and the rose that it holds between its teeth in Grand Feu cloisonné enamel, requiring about 68 cm of gold wire (~ 0.46 g).
