This unique piece in yellow gold conjures up all the delicacy of the dandelion flower’s tiny plumed seeds, just before a breath of wind blows them away. The case back was first adorned with hand-executed guilloché work in a sunburst motif destined to shine through coats of translucent enamel, according to the technique of flinqué enameling. The enameller then depicted the heart of the dandelion, using opaque and transparent enamels in 10 colors, before refining his picture with miniature painting on enamel.
