This unique piece in yellow gold captures a bailaora, a flamenco dancer, performing under the spotlight, where her exaggeratedly long dress brings out the beauty of her movements. The case back was first adorned with a sunburst motif in hand-executed guilloche work, destined to shine through layers of translucent enamel. The cloisonné enamel required 50 cm of gold wire (~0.3 g) and a palette of transparent, opaque and semi-opaque enamels in 13 colors.
